I can't help but see her as one dimensional in the manga so far...I mean, yeah she cares about him but other than that she's not really that interesting to be a main love for someone like him. Her name is cowgirl for pete's sake!!

I think the priestess is his " recovery trauma treatment " and on the long run he will be able to look- and notice- other things besides goblins. She could be his friend and perhaps he will make her his bride.
