It's rather disappointing. He finds out who she really is, and they have a nice talk in front of her own grave. ''To at least finish it with the truth''. And then a servant comes rushing in saying that a servant was poisoned. Afterwards the lord was poisoned and they blamed her, but she found who the real culprit was. But as he was well liked, she took a knife to his neck and used him as a ''victim'' and told them what the poison was as she fled with him.
The culprit was her real fiancée in the past life, with memories, just like her. The way she handles her new life, altho I get that she feels guilty, she is too freaking dumb. She is trusted by the lord, so as long as he survives, he'd vouch for her. And even if he didn't, isn't she living this life to ''atone''? So, it wouldn't go against her ''true plans'' if she was incarcerated for the rest of her life.
But nah, let's flee with the man whom I despise.
I got so pissed I stopped reading. Up until then I could handle all of her drama queen moments, but this level of stupidity crawled under my skin.

Yooooo, I completely agree. Instead of having a pity party all by yourself, why don't you start by improving the fief and giving wealth back to the people or anyone who's in poverty, not specifically in the fief. That's a way to atone instead of praying in a monastery. Shit if you just wanted to do that for atonement then why didn't you just do it in your first life?
And yes, if that stupid guy just told her, considering her personality, she would have done everything to stop her parents. This is why it's hard to like stories like this because SOME stories don't make sense and the character is always portrayed as pitiful, like damn, do something about it then! What's the use of bringing you back to life if you're just gonna mope and shit.
And her fiance! UGH her irrational choice made me so apathetic towards her like, you made a stupid choice now suffer the consequences. That man is nasty af and she was like "aight let's point this knife at his neck and claim I poisoned the tea then be saved like the damsel i am"
I feel like she's so self absorbed in herself and her pity party that she doesn't even pay attention to her surroundings and how people feel. I get it, Naive princess but seriously, her character didn't show any attempt of her trying to change. For instance, when stupid male lead cleared her name (Mc's 1st life) and said that she had no part in her parent's schemes. This is from the novel btw not the manga. A lot of my explanation is from the text. Anyways this girl is meh and im too frustrated to give her a scolding on common sense.

Yeah, I was reading the novel until she fled with Wilfred. The worst part is that she obviously has the brains to come up with solutions to help develop the fief. Or at least the author made her ''look like she does''. And when she said that she would have killed her parents if he had just asked for her help, I just thought ''That's a devilish love for you''. But then she points the knife and gets the blame when moments earlier she expressed her love in such a way.
I mean, you just saved the man who poisoned the man you supposedly love, the heck?? He is FAR TOO GOOD for her! Maybe in the past life she was very adorable and naive, from the looks of it, thus a very lovable person. The perfect ''damsel in distress''. But due to the circumstances, how can she still play that part?? The novel made it seems like she understood the circumstances and that she shouldn't be left alive, thus made her look like she at least has half a brain, BUT THEN SHE PULLS THAT STUNT!
And she cries for her family, saying she loves them but that she would kill them if he had asked?? What kind of love is that? Any person with just a feather brain, instead of killing, would think of using her position as the ONLY FREAKING DAUGHTER and would find a way with the Wolf guy to get her family thrown into fucking jail. Having her as the sole heir....and making changes in the fief. Why the hell did the author just made her character just suddenly jump into ''I'd kill my family for you'' for drama.
This manga made me like Eliza even more. I may not be an avid reader of that novel, and I know that unlike this one, Eliza is a reincarnator of our world, and not her own world, but the conditions of the fief were pretty similar. People suffering of hunger, poverty and such. Wait, since Eliza changed worlds completely and suddenly found out she died, isn't that 100% more traumatic?
This MC might have suffered in jail time and then decapitated, but she was aware of all of it.

*sighs* You my friend, are an intellectual. I 100% agree. Many authors gloss over the psychological effect when one suddenly dies and crosses over. I mean, don't they ever question life and why it happened? Sure some novels show that the protagonist died due to "God's mistake" or died and "met the requirments" to save the world or whatnot but come on man. None of the characters or side characters seem to be 3 dimensional and the protagonist is set on a spree to either, depending on the story, save the world, live a peaceful life, stop from being killed since they're a villain, ect. Of course some stories are well thought out but a whole majority of them are just like "bitch what the fuck? I guess?"
Whenever I read these stories I always wanna write my own reincarnation/rebirth/transmigration story of my own because some actions done by the Mc in these novels is so dumb I have literal contempt for them to the point I have an urge to change their entire character trait. Eyyyyeee, and thats the end of my rant and I probably won't be reading this. Peace out!

I only got to read up to where she fled with the culprit ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ (cause all the drama is just making me bored now)
And I also agree with you, I'm pissed with almost all the decisions she make.
Like in the first chapter, if she doesn't want the ML to come back into her life anymore, THEN WHY THE HECK DID SHE FREAKIN' ACCEPT TO BE A FREAKIN' MAID IN THAT FREAKIN' MANSION?!?!(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
can someone spoil me on what happens? heheh i refuse the lord and the reincarnated princess to be together. The ex-princess needs to find happiness from someone else. i get that helt ( the now lord) did what he had to do to save the people but it was at the expense of the princess. He could have made the princess an ally in the revolution but nooooo he wanted to keep her naive and shit. Im not mad at him but i don't want him to find happiness to the same person he robbed a life from. The princess was a victim and i hope she goes to the monastery or live a happy commoner life.
