I'd even argue that it's more pitiful for YuYang. He knows what he's doing is cowardly (though completely understandable) and is stuck feeling hopeless and not able to do anything. Life's not that simple, folks, when you've been living through discrimination your whole life with a lot of painful memories and emotional trauma from that.
