I've been reading that, in the Asian cultures, it is extremely disliked to be reversible. Put it on par with hardcore S&M. I don't get it myself, but I accept that it isn't popular and less likely to sell volumes. So, I understand why it isn't done very often.
I agree with you, I love a reversible couple. It feels more like a truly equal relationship.
