He said slow down. He didn't slow down. He was crying and saying it hurts. He didn't stop hurting him. Everything about his facial expression and body language said NO. Not that he wasn't willing to give him the sex in the contract, just not THAT kind of sex. So, yes, saying "it hurts" and weeping tears and the person keeps thrusting is a violation. If you are having sex and you expect it to be gentle, and they don't prepare you, ignore you saying to slow down or be gentler, and you're weeping, and they keep going--what do you call that?
