Actually as I see it, there is none really important female character for story development (except Jin-Woo's family and one old lady much later) or strong female protagonist holding power with enough importance for story itself ...
I find it bit .."old fashioned traditional point of view, when only man is the brave and strong" to be kindly said... well.. even though its great story ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Idk. For me, its okay if theres a romantic development as long as the girl is not annoying as hell. Gosh, the mc deserves better. Well yup, as the story progressed the only girl that who is pretty strong os the vice president or something? Forgot her name
Im actually kind of afraid at the start that maybe she will follows the mc in every occasions. Like you know, there are some stories that they will teach someone because they kinda reminded of their past that will lead to the girl being either useless or annoying. But so far, thanks heaven she didnt stay that long. (〜￣△￣)〜
