Asami's curse

This is what I understood up to chapter 5, this contains spoilera so don't read if you haven't reached chapter 5 yet.







13 years ago, a student named Aragaki Asami died, she drowned in a pond by the school premises. Asami's brother was found by her brother, Yuuto.

Apparently, Asami was being bullied by her classmates, in one of the flashback frames it looked like her classmates threw her belongings into the pond, she was probably trying to get it back when she drowned.

Every year, in the aniversary of her death, someone goes missing and only wet footprints are left behind. Hizuki saw Asami on chapter 2 page 5 and chapter 5 page 3, she always appears next to Amishiro, completely soaked.

Actually, Amishiro is Asami's brother who is trying to revive her by killing the people who bullied her and offering their bodies to Akatsuki. He killed Kousaka Rui and buried her under the cursed cherry tree. He also killed Sakuraba and put her body parts inside a box in the prep room.

Other victims were mentioned vaguely through the manga but weren't shown, like the one found in a different school.

Hizuki is probably Akatsuki though so I wonder how this is gonna end...
