Doctors who look feminine, yet be able to dominate are rare though! In this work, he looks more like a power bottom, and the other man a confused,tsundere seme. I am glad their positions are switched. It makes the work more interesting.
(And before anyone gets offended and rants about how positions don't make a difference, yes they don't. But I've suspended my sense of disbelief and rather than picking out every flaw in this manga, might as well just treat it as a guilt pleasure.)
Effeminate men topping in general are rather rare imo. I wish there were more of them-- only y'know, less sadistic and teasing. I've never been one for those kinds of men haha
