Spoilers . . . . . . . . . . That girl (WangWang?) mentions to LiHuan how she manipulated him (YuYang) in hopes he would confess. LiHuan comes to the realization that her words made him (YuYang) insecure and act the way he did (rejecting him). The girl apologizes or whatever but the damage is done IMO. LiHuan doesn't even blame her, but rather seems to blame himself for not realizing (not sure how he's supposed to develop telepathy, but oh well). This girl is officially annoying to me, like she had good intentions or whatever, but it's heavily implied that the situation could have unfolded differently had she kept quiet and allowed things to develop of their own accord.
By the end of the chapter LiHuan doesn't feel like he knows enough about YuYang and appears to seek the insight of his friend (whatever his name was, as you can tell, I'm mainly invested in the two MC's only). That's where it ends
