I somewhat agree but look at it this way, for every enemy she makes she makes tens more people who adore her and would sacrifice a lot for her... She surely isn't keeping a low profile but maybe keeping a low profile and being a regular girl in the shadows is what got her family killed in her last life so she can do things differently this time and gather allies which will inevitably cause her to get enemies but maybe her allies would be the key to changing the future
As well as the comment in the other thing, with what she’s doing she can clearly see peoples reactions since their unprepared. So evil intentions normally hidden can be spotted, she can easily see who doesn’t like her family and create a list of suspect who would cover up their deaths

Seriously though, I think she needs to keep a low profile if she wants to find her family's murderer and avoid making enemies.
