In the current chapters dowan doesn't know about chamin's sexomnia. The timeline in chapter 1 and 2 is from the future and 3(?) onwards is the present or ch1&2's past.
For everyone confused, please re-read chapter 1 and chapter 2. Dowan knows chamin has sexomnia. Dowan knows that chamin won't remember anything.
