You're asking logical questions in an illogical universe, but I have wondered about the omega thing before. Why can't an alpha get pregnant in a relationship with an omega?

Are you talking about female alphas getting impregnated by male omegas? or just omegas impregnating any alpha? Another logical question is, where are their pheromone glands? I don't know why female alphas couldn't be impregnated, unless their uterus does not work from a result of being a alpha, and where are girl alphas penises stored? I think the most logical answer would be inside of the vaginal area, but only come out of there when assaulted by pheromones, unless it is also when sexually aroused, then comes in all the questions about morning wood and wet dreams, and if alpha girls during puberty have the same problems of boys. Also, basically, are omega boys futas with flat chests? (A futa is a person with both parts, a penis and vagina, in case that needed to be clarified.)

Could those pheromone glands be considered a Jocobson's organ?

No they don't have both parts only the one for if they're a boy or girl

Hello~ so I’m not an expert but I have read a LARGE amount of omegaverse stories in my life and here is what I can tell you:

While all stories can differ slightly or even greatly depending on the author (they can change the specifics however they want since it is their story) in many omegaverse stories it is in fact possible for an omega to get pregnant by/impregnate another omega; it’s even biologically possible for an omega to impregnate an alpha! (I know of a couple stories that mention pregnancy situations like these).
In some versions of the omegaverse, all people (male or female, alpha beta or omega) can both impregnate and get pregnant!
REMEMBER: there is no set omegaverse so they vary between authors and how they want their worlds to work.
However, the chance of impregnation by an omega can often be very low bc omega sperm is ‘weak’ in a way (versus alpha sperm being ‘strong’ aka more likely to fertilize an egg and make a baby)

Continually, in omegaverse the heat cycle is not like periods that humans have. Human girls have a menstrual cycle which involves the lining of the uterus shedding and blood, however, in the omegaverse it is not the menstrual cycle but instead an estrus cycle which involves going into periods of heat and usually doesn’t involve any vaginal bleeding. So omegas don’t suffer from bleeding and cramps and what girls irl suffer from, they suffer from the heats we see in these stories.

Again NOT ALL OMEGAVERSE STORIES HAVE THE SAME RULES but for many it works like this: all males have penises and all females have vaginas and uteruses. In addition to that, omega males have a uterus but no vagina (the uterus is connected to the anus instead) and alpha females have penises that can ‘grow’ from where the clitoris is.
In stories where all people can both impregnate and get pregnant, all people have both penises and uterus (it’s not limited to alphas and omegas so betas could have a female father and male mother biologically)

Regarding the biology of glands and where they are located and so on, that is never really specified in what I have read but we can assume it’s decently different from humans irl because we are biologically different on many levels, we would probably not even be considered the same species.

If there are any more feel free to ask and I’ll answer from my knowledge (though ONCE AGAIN I must stress ALL OMEGAVERSE STORIES CAN DIFFER BASED ON WHAT THE AUTHOR DECIDES TO CREATE FOR THEIR WORK). “kashikomarimashita destiny” is a rlly great read and the first story is about an alpha x omega couple but the second story (a spin off sequel) is about an alpha x beta and it is definitely worth reading!!
“Tadaima, Okaeri” is also focused around an alpha x omega pair but I recommend as it is very wholesome and fluffy, it also hints at an alpha x beta relationship and even mentions an omega x omega relationship
“Okusama wa alpha” is about an alpha x alpha couple and it’s a quick read but sweet

That’s about all I can think of off the top of my head but there’s more out there that will mention the world working like that, unfortunately tho very few stories in the span of omegaverse stories focuses on a pairing other than alpha x omega :/

Yeah, it's kind of a pity that there aren't a lot of pairs other than alpa x omega. I haven't read a lot of them cause I usually avoid omegaverse, but even so, I can't actually recall hearing of anything with different pairs lol. I wouldn't mind it so much if there were a decent number of stories with badass omega but so far, I've seen only one example :l
Oh that reminds me, are you into webnovels? I read one where the MC reincarnated into different worlds, one of them with an omegaverse setting and it's so cool cause he's such a fcking badass! He actually got rid of his glands that enabled him to go into heat and become pregnant, so he wouldn't be a slave to his body's workings. He's such a boss :3

I don’t read as many BL novels compared to manga/webtoon/etc but I just finished reading the web novel ‘Solo Leveling’ and it’s an action/shounen kind of story (sadly no BL) but it was sooooo good and rlly got me in the mood to read more webnovels and that one sounds amAzing!

The main story is actually completely translated, and currently extras are getting done. It consists of seventeen arcs, most of which are the respective worlds the MC is reincarnated in. The omegaverse world is 11th I think and omg.... I think I'll reread this in a few months. It's one of my favourites~~ it's actually quite well-known :D

Though I think it can also be found elsewhere but not sure where. Anyway, I read it a few days ago and it's now up there among my favourites. It's sooooo great, there's so much fluff and it's so wholesome (not to say that it's all a walk in the park though), and it's definitely more descriptive compared to the first novel I mentioned [insert lenny face] XD I don't wanna write a whole wall of text here, but if you'd like you can read my review of it on that site (I'm the wolf one). Omg I kinda wish I could delete my memories for a bit so I could get that first time reading experience again TwT xDD
