If you dislocate the shoulder the joints etc. in there will suffer from it, stretch and make it easier to dislocate it again. So, just NO. Maybe it's just a personal trauma of mine but that was a big NOPE.Not to mention everything else, the nurse is a total psychopath.
I totaly agree with this...I have a friend that has dislocated her arm twice cause of the first time weakening it. It also runs in their family so yeah...
