he also doesn’t have enough control over his magic (he said it several times) which makes it difficult to get rid of her and the others under control of the nasty lady since he doesnt want to kill anyone. this can b shown when he doesn’t use powerful healing magic on amos because he was afraid that he could kill someone if he uses powerful magic since it could backfire. dont u think that if he could he would stop the search for anett and the others? and like defeat the lady. he doesnt even kno what the nasty lady even is. like her race. hes still investigating.

The sex part was not needed, but that was probably to increase the make audience in Japan since most isekai are like that (sadly)... Anyway, if he had gone against the evil bitch he would've ended up dead in an accident (like what happened to the knight maybe) or probably framed for a crime and labelled as a criminal.
He's trying to investigate what's happening and trying to fix it from the inside like his friends asked him to do. The evil bitch has her hands on the Lord and on a group of magicians, he needs to think carefully before acting.
