I think it’s just slightly suggested or implied that they’re in the “kinda dating stage but also not” since they’ve been on a date at the park after jian yi confessed and zheng xi didn’t deny it, which was chapter 215, but nothing has been “confirmed”. its hard to tell for many since nothing has been shown of them much since then. I’d announce their status as “it’s complicated” to describe it best = not in the friend zone anymore but not really together quite yet. don’t think of yourself as “naive” or dumb because it’s not like anything obvious or explicit enough has come out and you’re not the only one confused so. I hope the author shows them with something emotional happening or some kissing soon tho. I mean their feelings are mutual already so !!! they’re ready and we the fans are ready.

in case you meant their overall relationship though as in 'are they endgame?' instead of their current status then yes it was confirmed by the author that they get into an official relationship at some point. the author showed this by creating multiple illustrations of them together in the future, one of zhan zheng xi and jian yi french kissing, another of them about to kiss with the statement 'saying 'one day this will come' which officially confirmed it and showing them in sexually intimate positions such as this http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/19_days/bt/d_chapter-267.1/pg-1/ saying 'one day this will come'

author has actually mentioned that both couples will end up together one day. the statement for he tian and mo being 'wait for them to grow up, there will definitely be a day' with an illustration of them in the future that supposedly implies they will be together as well. both couples will have happen endings. (⌒▽⌒)

If you meant in the present, then there was never an official statement and they don't call eachother "boyfriends" BUT people consider they basically are because we now know it's mutual, Xixi no longer seriously rejects him, so instead of 1 chapter it's more an accumulation of things. Especially 209 and 268.
