I ain’t victim blaming dude, if Charlie has no ressources it means that he is doing this to survive aka no one is forcing him to do it. How is that even victim blaming?

btw, regarding the victim blaming issue, just to raise a point, actually in my country, we have this republic act regarding anti-hazing law due to the raising cases of dead student trying to join fraternitiies but ending up dead because of the severe hazing/rite process. It is said in the act that even if the applicant (person trying to join) signed a waiver or letter of consent for the process, that letter remains invalid, and if the applicant want to sue the people who did the hazing, then the applicant can. same with psychological trauma etc caused during the whole application process for the frat or organizations. even if for the majority, the activities or process wasnt hard or traumatizing enough, once the applicant, even if solely, felt traumatized or humilated, that applicant can file for case. bottomline, no one else can say whether a person consented, traumatized, or humilated but the person who thinks so. not even the majority.
In this case, Charlie sure said that he was used by making him fall in love, but it wasnt clearly stated yet whether he was being forced to stay or do whatever or if he's doing it willingly albeit the mistreatment and being whored out.
Well that’s the thing, he did say he was used but right now, he knows that and he is staying. I doubt there is a contract that force him to stay (but maybe) and i doubt he is forced to stay illegaly(because then there was no need to fake love). And so here comes the point of my post, why is he staying, does he have no money or maybe he still loves the seme and is staying despite being used.

i wonder why Charlie just don’t go away? Maybe he has no money/home but that would mean that he is doing this job with consent, even if it was introduced by the seme, we don’t know if he really did something bad. And if the seme is forcing Charlie to stay, then there was no need to pretend love at this point. I hope this will be explained because manga loves to put lots of shit but explain 1/3 of it
