I'm glad that I'm not the only one who's bothered by it, the art style is usually so nice but that was a major slip-up. Still, a very sweet chapter.

Not really, the outline of the ring coincides exactly with the outline of the finger, the only way that would be possible is if the ring was paper thin. And that repeats everytime they show the rings so it really bugs me, especially since I like the art of the manhua ┗( T﹏T )┛
