i have a mole in a similar spot too and theres a myth where apparently taking off a mole can lead to cancer and i aint risking it tbh so i try to embrace it

Moles can be a sign of skin cancer, so if you have weird shaped/elevated mole, or if it changes colors you should probably go to a dermatologist to get it looked at.
My sister has had four moles removed and one of the moles was per-cancerous so if she didn't get it removed it could have turned into cancer.
Removing a mole will not give you cancer, but it could prevent it.

everything has aa meaning when it comes to literature, it's a shame if a writer throws words without having an under meaning to them, but this also helps separating the kinds of literature out there and the degrees of skills writers have, i mean something for oscar wilde is different than your favorite fanfic writer and so on, tho it does not mean any of them is better or that we should read for one and leave the other... so yeah moles do have meanings literature wise...
