I cried the river as i explored their 'may be' blissful life as dreamt by dohyun. I do believe that would have been sungho planned for dohyun and him after his graduation, both of them settled down in Seoul and practically tied the knot by living together happily.
I hope it isnt too late for them both for starting over despite of things that happened in reality. If that's what makes dohyun happy and it only requires forgiveness, i hope he will it. Please, dohyun, do the right thing once, head back to sungho in that hospital and say that you love him very much.

sungho looks more than a bit obsessed with dohyun to me, he needs help, they both do, i can't see their relationship being a happy one if they were to start over without seeking help, and i'm kind of hoping dohyun doesn't go back to the hospital to sungho, but if he does... idk, i just want dohyun to heal and move forward with his life and for sungho to be punished for what he's done to dohyun but that probably won't happen...
