So the manga is about a girl who gets kinda raped and then she gets pregnant, she then has twins. Her sister takes one of the twin boys and pretends it's hers. The person who raped the girl was a very important person. The sister brings it to him and says that it was his kid, and then they start living together. A few years pass and the actual mom of the kid is a great mother to her son. Her sister(who took the other son) was a terrible "mother", she only wanted money from the guy.
