Whoever gives birth is the wife. So if it's a man and woman but the man gave birth thats the mom and the woman is the dad. Several stories have had that scenario.

Super cute story! But I had one issue with it. The way he calls kaiki? (the uke) his 'wife' even though he's clearly a man and its supposed to be husband and not mommy, daddy. Maybe that's just me or that's how it's supposed to be. I don't like it, because he still a man :3
