There were multiple mentions of Doyoon getting smaller because he's starved. His face and everything else apparently slimmed down.
no no no like i totally noticed that, but even when drawn by himself, director guy looks massive, like bigger than before or maybe its just to make doyoon's size reduction more noticeable,
