I thought the same thing. We still don't know who it was and we also don't know who Bexan's father is. Since we're already at chapter 67 (translation) it seems plausible that this guy is either his father or someone related to his father because I think it'd be a little bit too much to come up with a completely new plotline this late in the story.

Bexan's dad is this dangerous werewolf which is why his mother didn't want Bexan with her. And it ends with her telling Minsuk to leave Bexan behind with her and leave for Korea alone

That's the first thought I had when I saw her but when I compare them directly I'm not sure anymore (the eyes aren't blue enough, the hair is too curly, we don't know who the other wolf is). However, that chapter was released one year ago. It could be just a small character design change.

Yeah, but it is her because Jiyeon posted a pic of the same character and called it Alpha, which is Milena in her pack of wolves

Checked it and yes, it's her. Although it would've been nice to have a reference to the scene in the actual comic and not just hints she gave us on twitter four months.
