i guess it has something to do with the genre itself.

"It refers to a genre of manga and anime wherein pre-pubescent or pubescent male characters are depicted in a suggestive or erotic manner"
so if it's shotacon, then it's obviously going to be sexualized, in most cases.
(plus, it looks like there's an additional ecchi tag too, so there's that)
I mean, I guess?.. But it's rare to see that kind of shotacon without h-scenes, you know... ._. So I wonder what is the purpose of this story... It's definitely not pure enough to be all "kyaaaaa, how cute! ><" and it lacks erotic stuff in order to satisfy one's inner pervert... Hmmm... Yeah, maybe it's "ecchi"s fault.

I have no problem with it being shotacon. But why is it so obviously oversexualized, like I'm reading some smut-shotacon-oneshot with typical older-brother-mc-who-obviously-isn't-gay and cute boy with *cough* perking nipples *cough*, but without smut?? It doesn't seem right... It could be just a pure story without all the sexual hints. It's so weird, I don't know how to feel about it...
