My guess is that Aya exchanged her own life for everyone else's happiness using her stick, which effectively changed history and erased all the bad incidents that were catalysts for creating the Magical Girls

My theory is that since she can move things she moved their misfortune on to herself or something like that, and without the misfortune the king would've never been able to destroy earth
