I agree but I have to say, i feel like if I were to tell my friends that their crush is a murderer they'd back off rather easily. He's realistically frustrating but also incomprehensibly stupid
It depends, my age group of friends might be younger than yours and don't fully understand their own danger, a lot of the times when people aren't fully social emotionally mature they will go into denial about these kinds of things. It might sound crazy, but you'll be surprised just how much raw emotions alone can overpower the logical side of the brain, and it doesn't make anyone "stupid", just human.
hmmm I think the doctor has a very realistic character, I think all this just plays into his naive uke personality, even my friends are hard headed when i tell them not to date certain people. even though he should know better, he's being irrational and naive about the situation because he feels like he's happy with alex. I don't think he's annoying, but realistically frustrating, I will say however that those types of people learn the hard way, and the doc learns hard.
