idk but when Asian sees Foreigners(especially those from US/West) first thing they would think about is if they’ll converse in english because let’s face it most foreigners uses english rather than the mother tongue of that country

Well if you saw a white dude *working* in Korea (not just being a tourist or something) you'd expect them to speak Korean bc they'd need to, to live in that country. You wouldn't expect them to speak English cos they could be any nationality like French/German/African etc. When you visit other countries, even if you stick out due to your race/appearance, you'd still be expected to speak the language there, or you'd be dismissed as a tourist
