Me, from Brazil, where tapioca is used entirely differently: why would you put tapioca on BEVERAGES? This is a crime, Tatty!!!

We usually put it on a pan, let it roast like a pancake and fill with anything we want. Nutella, pate, cheese, etc

Haha yes! We don't have bubble tea in Brazil, but the recipe seems simple, I want to try it so bad!

A lot of the time Boba or Bubble Tea uses pre-made tapioca balls, but they can be made from scratch. Here in America we just use tapioca to make pudding.

It seems tasty! We also love something called ''cuzcuz'', that is similar to a pudding, it's made by tapioca, condensed milk, and coconut milk...Too bad that is kinda expensive to be made.

For ours we usually use eggs, milk, and sugar so it's more of an egg custard.
