Seme means to be the one to insert. You literally have no reason to hate the word, it's just a made up word to put the meaning to it. It's like a variable.

I hate the first story there relationship makes me very uncomfortable and it seems like the two “seems” (ew hate that word ) just want to fuck eiji , also very unconsental and very clique plot . HOWEVER the second story was absolutely adorable I loved it so much even though it was somewhat clique it was very cute and fun to read:)
