I don't know what kind of novels you guys read but even high officials in ancient Korea would be punished if they're found out to be killing people, and Yoon's just a noble. He does have influence, but no real position. It's one thing if he did in the dark, but he publicly and proudly killed a person for such reason without even thinking twice.
