Looking for Yaoi manga

It one shot , it was about childhood frineds who lived next door the older child kissed his neighbor while he sleep before moving away .. then they reunion after they became adult .. the older uke is now working in the younger seme company and now the seme want the uke to confuess his true feeling so he harass him in office and blackmail him that if they being found out he will be the one in disadvantaged cuz the uke left his pervious job cuz he was rumored to be in gay relationship with his former boss .. the uke fall ill next day seme visit him and both confuss their true feeling and that end .
