I have high hopes that those 4 will become their friends and their support
Because no doubt these two kids are going to have to face several obstacles along the way
And they definitely need some friends at and outside of school
I felt uncomfortable after chapter 1 and also in chapter 2. It felt kind of wrong to me,
Like Himari was being taken advantage of by Gaku who was "helping" him as a "friend"
But even they say (later on in ch3 or 4) that "friends don't normally do that with each other"
Honestly, chapter 3 & 4 helped me come around because I forgot...it is that confusing for kids at that age to be figuring out their sexuality. As a straight person, I didn't realize it till chapter 4 just how agonizing and confusing it must be for these kids.
The manga is sweet and pure so far, so I hope it has a happy ending but... I feel like there's going to be a lot of angst along the way, perhaps. In an all boys school, just how would the others react if they ever found out about these two. I hope they have a couple of friends who'll have their back
