the mc said that the salesman is good looking but that's all before he knows him, now that he knows him and sees his gentle smile i think there is a chance he likes him... but he's one of those ppl who like to keep their job separated from their personal life, cuz that might effect their job-related actions, but our mc is so capable and i think even if he's in a relationship with the salesman, his actions will not be effected and stay professional... but as he suggested at the last panel, he does not want to have any relation to anyone from his workplace... he does not want for his job to be effected by how he likes or treats this good looking salesman, but as i said he can keep them separated , i mean his personal and job lives.. so why not dig in?... lastly... despite all i said.. i do want him to make a mistake at his job, love should not be that simple...

I think is just a matter of he not wanting his job to create tension between him and his possible partner. Like in this chapter everything went smoothly because the cliente accepted to make another deal and sign again but, what would happen when it doesn't go like that and salesman lost a possible client? Then is when the conflict can start because even if salesman doesn't want to do it, he would still feel that is the mc fault.
