help me find it please?

hello so a long time ago i read this manga where a guy was clearly getting raped by two other probably older males and that went on for a long time like a good few chapters of them just trying different toys and in the end the boy gave in, then (idk how long passed) but he met the guys again somewhere and they took him and locked him in a room, something like that and thats all i remember i just remember parts of stuff like him trying to escape giving up and beeing treated like a dog?? i have no idea SO! if you do understand what i am saying and know that manga please help me! thank you!
