Omg! I never thought of it like that
There's actually a long tradition of saying "welcome" when a gay person comes out to another gay person, although I was surprised to see it in a manga, I thought it was just in western culture.
I had fun reading this one. And I laughed hard when the two main characters got caught by Katsumi making out and Katsumi said, "Welcome". Like he was welcoming the two in the gay club. Hilarious!
