Byul is dominant but we don't know whether he is an omega or alpha. Also, Chowon wiped his hand because he's stuck up and doesn't think highly of Hyesung (the mother) because he's a recessive omega.

Basically lol Chown is elitist trash and thinks he's better than most people because of his background. Fargo mentioned on her twitter that Chowon comes from a wealthy family and he was never punished for breaking that omega's leg.
