Milena gave birth to Bexan, but she isn't his "mother" in a non-biological sense, Iho is. It was Iho who raised Bexan, and was a mother to him. Milena stayed behind in Russia for god knows what reason and let Iho be a single parent, bet Milena didn't even send any financial support, she had ZERO contact with Bexan until their meeting in the last chapters
