there will probably be updates here since anyone can upload to mangago, but it will be after the group uploads the chapter in their own site, and that can take a while. So if you want to keep on reading Heat and Run as soon as a new chapter is released it would be a good a idea to follow their tumblr or check their site
I mean it can take a while to someone to take the content from the site, go back to mangago and upload here. Anyway, just be patient and know that you can read Heat and Run in their site with better quality and sooner than mangago would be able to provide.
