I guess she is try to go through her revenge with the marriage. So she has to make it look like she was willing to go through the marriage. The other girl most likely spread rumors that she wanted to kill herself to back out the marriage (so she is a villain).

i guess? but in the flash back the original body owner says she loves some guy names James and that's why she wouldn't go through the marriage??
Yeah but that's not the same person. The person that was the original owner of the body died. The mc took over so she doesn't have feelings for the old owners lover.
in her flashback the original owner of the body DID try to commit suicide so why did the mc immediately start acting like they didn't? why is the other girl suddenly looking like a villian when she didn't actually tell a lie? (unless the mc is pushing the blame on her but i doubt it? i'm so confused..)
