Sorry , but I don't agree with what you are saying. Reiji (seme) and Hiromu (uke) do not have any kind of relationship more then being the one hiring and the other an applicant to the job. Those two don't have the kind of relationship you and your friends have. Me and my group of friends also use insults in our group; but we do that because we know each other for more than 8 years and we have that freedom. But when I meet someone for the first time I fon't go and say "You're fucking ugly. Go under the knife." as that ass of a person (Reiji) did to Hiromu. That's fucking rude. Or do you want for next time you go to a job interview to be told: "We would hire you if you weren't so ugly. Go get a plastic surgery and we will hire you". Or would you? Don't excuse being a rude person to "being a tsundere", pfff. That is my opinion on that topic.
I'm really pissed with the seme of this last chapter. I don't like him; he's a jerk to Hiromu with no reason because the kid is just too naive.
Dont apply a real life logic to manga, ofc no one is gonna tell u that at an interview. Just try to read the mood the author is creating rather than paying too much attention on what the seme is saying. It's only the first chapter for them, so let's just read and see

Okay so ik everybody is mad that the dude is saying the uke needs plastic surgery and what not but maybe he doesn't actually mean it, like the mood between them is so light u could take his word for a joke. Anywhos people have different ways of communicating and joking, like me and my friend we mostly insult and talk shit to eachother but at the end if the day we both understand eachother the most and do shit the most soooo its not that serious people (maybe the seme is a tsundere ╮(￣▽￣)╭)
