am i the only one who feels like they're taking their job waaayyy too seriously?

Insurance is a life and death business, so I can understand.

In some countries, the agents don't really care. They tend to oversell promises and omitted the conditions stipulated in the contract to quickly reach their target quota. They also tend to ensure their wannabe customers that everything will be taken care later on, no fussy, etc. (Which won't happen)

I think that was a set up for a joke you missed and answered seriously. lol.

I wish when it’s time for me to buy life insurance my agent would be like them. What’s wrong with loving your job and being passionate and professional about it?
