Yea, it's kinda original claude's fault too. But his personality is not annoying, so it's okay for me and he suffers asf because of his decision. Lmao I know it's unfair of me but I just can't stand Jeanette's "innocent" personality ya know. She fucked up so many times even though it's not on purpose lmao - I hate characters who always the "victim" and "innocent" role. I know it's not her fault. Towards the end of the story, Claude wants to kill Jeanette but Athy saves her. She begs him not to kill Jeanette and instead make her go to the countryside or something. We all know that Claude loves Athy asf: So he agrees with her, sends Jeanette away and she can live. BUT angel guy went with her. He felt responsible for that shit. He felt this happened because he rejected Jeanette's love. (Jeanette was lonely asf at this moment bc Athy spends more time with Claude/Lucas and angel guy loves Athy) He felt so ashamed that he allowed something like that to happen. Then Athy said: "When we were kids, you said that Jeannette is someone you must protect. So you should go. She needs you now." So he went with Jeanette. Do you know what I mean with "Jeanette takes his freedom in the future" now? He does shit like this not because he wants it but because of Jeanette. He literally gives his own future up to take care of her. I can't accept shit like that at all...

I'm actually happy with that ending. Though I don't like Jennette, I don't want Claude to kill her either. I'm glad that Athy protected her and Jenette only got exiled. I'm also glad that you told me the ending, cause since I now know that the story has a happy ending, I'll be able to cope up with all the sad parts that are coming :)

I don't pity Jeannette at all. In the original story she could do SO much for Athy. But she did nothing. Crying, pitying Athy, smiling sweetly and playing the gently flower. I hate people like her. Yea, it's not her fault. She is not guilty. I fuckin get it but I still don't like her.
