exactly... I have hope it won't end simply with shiro and touko
I will admit, the way the author portrays relationships isn't really great; I mean, didn't Anri straight up rape a girl (iirc), but he's always portrayed as light-hearted and lovable. I really hope, however it plays out, it ends in a healthy relationship with proper character growth
I'm gonna need to see how this develops.
I was into the ShiroxKojiro ship, but I didn't mind Touko, esp. since Shiro has been talking about her for a while now.
HOWEVER the way their relationship is playing out is really rubbing me the wrong way. Touko has been through so much abuse and her character has a lot of potential to overcome that! But if Shiro only likes her because she's weak and co-dependent then that's super gross and I feel like it's so out of character for Shiro. Are you telling me we've been having all this build up for an unhealthy relationship?!?!
