I finished reading it and I think that its so human and good, and cute, the comic, but its true that the husband acted bad and if it were another woman she would have dumped him or cheated on him sooner :v

He had his reasons but it was stupid that he didn't tried sooner to open up and kept burying it under the carpet, it was bond to explode. They both were lucky that they loved each other that much. It's understandable but it doesn't change the fact that he did something bad and hurt her wife and himself for nothing. I don't know, it's all just my opinion xd
