Wouldn't say she obviously lied, I myself have been growing out my hair and it never passed ma a$$ level, people can have different hair grow times but I agree with all the other points

It's an interesting concept that their uniforms are made by hair, but it'd probably break really easily and you'd need A LOT more hair than what most of the students have.
In addition, I just want to nit pick a bit and say that the person who said that they've been growing out their hair since second grade is obviously lying because I know someone who did that and her hair went to at least her ankles.
