No I don't think it's based on that novel, I think both the authors wanted the uke and seme to have a child but that novel has the uke being able to give birth with the seme being the father. In this manga the uke isn't able to give birth and the child is conceived through a surrogate. so the manga and novel just share some little similarities
can you share a link for the novel I have used google translate to catch up to novels before so that would not be a problem
