overkill? in her past life she's not just being a bitch, she's a criminal. if the prince didn't killed her, the commoners would be furious about this cause there's no justice. he's still the emperor and his priority's are his people. even if he loved her, he would stil got no choice but to kill her. it's her fault for being greedy in the first place.
