Sex without consent is rape.
It has nothing to do with gender, nor the rapist being a top or bottom in a homosexual relationship. The seme clearly didn't have any plans of having sex with the uke. The uke jumped on him. It was rape.

Also the seme kissed the uke without his consent. Tho it was for a prank, that was clearly sexual harassment.

So both of them are kinda ╮(￣▽￣)╭
