idk, honestly I just follow a page that sometimes translates her tweets and I read this thing, but in any case you can clearly see that he's not just interested in his money. You can't have this crazy obsession for a person you don't care about. And that omega is rich and high-ranking as well, he doesn't need dojun's money
Personally, I don’t think Chowon was in love with Dojun. Chowon probably thought he was going to live the perfect life with his alpha partner (whatever high status alpha he could find) and then it all fell apart. I think Chowon was more in love with the idea of having a perfect married life (and not being divorced) and is obsessed to get that life back. But we shall see what happens in the next few chapters.

Yeah of course his social status did its part cause if dojun were a "normal" person chowon would never even consider him, and of course he didn't/doesn't love him in a healthy way. My point was just that he didn't marry him just for his money or his status, there were still some feelings in it that turned into a crazy obsession, I think.
