Right?! It's so hard to find good f/m romcoms with a good balance of plot and smut. Velvet Kiss comes close but it was obvious that it was geared towards the male audience. It wasn't that bad but it felt a bit rushed near the end. Actually, this story feels a bit rushed near the end too, but tolerable since he's a kind of god (i just wish we could see more of his past/flashbacks -- like what in the world really happened to him??) And it only makes sense that no human actually has the force to stop him.
Oh yeah, Nana toKaoru is some nice, hot, BDSM themed f/m manga. No real sex/penetration happened tho -- just foreplay and endless teasings -- but it does contain character development
This story really felt like one of a decent yaoi. She was sad and timid and heartbroken, but they found each other and she become strong and confident to understand that she loves him and that she must fight for him. And they had sex. Not that stupid one frame/ smoke filled/ blur lines that the shove in heteromanga. This is why although some Shounen Ai are masterpieces we do not get to see the final stage, the peak of the story, the actual love and for me there are incomplete. Viva Yaoi, lets also make f/m manga's like that
i agree S flower sucked so bad but there is a story of a sadistic female mc called Sadistic Beauty and you might actually like that one it also has s&m in it but it's not like rape both partys enjoy it and even though the mc is a bit cold she is not like the other mc who is an asshole and basically human trash (there is also some yuri scenes and a little yaoi but even though i really like both of them i didn't like the yaoi scenes since it was kind of forcefull so don't get your hopes up or that but the yuri scenes were pretty neat) anyways i think it's worth giving a shot
For me it's the other way round.
I really liked MSSS, it is cute and fluffy. The MC is nice, but also kinda boring. She is an ordinary heroine I often see.
The sex scenes are really good drawn. But as I'm even bored by plain sex in reality, I was also kinda bored by the sex scenes here.
On the other hand I really enjoy S Flowers.
Sure, the MC has a temper, she has flaws and acts sometimes too impulsive. But this is more interesting for me. She seems more human to me. And she isn't so bad as a dom, because in the sessions she doesn't exceeds the limits (e.g. the car session).
Also the erotic scenes. Even though there is less nudity and the MC doesn't get penetrated; this vibe between the dom and her subs is more arousing for me.

I do not have an issue with Dom, I like a good one whether F or M. But especially for this kind of erotism the Dom must be alluring and seductive. That girl on S Flower is a like a yelling bad tempered teen that simply shoves things while everybody likes it. I mean where is the seduction, the atmosphere, the erotism? Unfortunately mangakas even now have trouble both creating a similar to Yaoi f/m romance story but also a domF story. And if I was to go with the scenario you propose "ok she is real, clumsy and human thus believable" then the sex should follow this pattern also, how she makes them fall for her. But in this comic is like all the males are robots programmed by her so it is ok. Ok either make a real, clumsy, funny scenario for both characters and scenario, or make a full crazy one where a mystical goddess seduces just by breathing next to you.

I was thinking all this time how much I like Yaoi and that I would like to see something similar with f/m. Then yesterday I saw on Romance(!) Category one called S Flower and I say "Yuppie at last, sex, girl, Boyz, romance, flirting"... And it was so bad. I went up to ch10 and then went to the last 2 to make sure. Totally unlikable girl protagonist that simply likes to shove things to men, no romance, flirty atmosphere, not even sexy atmosphere. Again to see a woman having sex is taboo, she simply f... everyone (who of course love it unquestionably). I was pissed but then I see this lovely little thing. And it is great up to now (ch14). At last WE CAN SEE A WOMAN HAVING SEX. And NO sorry it is not hentai. Since Yaoi is not hentai this isnt either. I just want to read a nice sexy story with love, lust, likable characters, maybe rough or kinky sex sometimes, or sensual and romantic others. That S Flower killed my will to live, this one is up to now great. And please don't say it is hentai because we see a woman having sex.
